Perform chemical analysis of raw materials ( API, expients and packaging materials) with full complience to GMP.
Review and maintain accurate laboratory records, test results and certificate of analysis.
Prepare and standardize volumetric solutions and reagents.
Perform sampling of raw materials and pachaging materials according to WHO.
Deal with reference standards and preparing working standards.
Perform water analysis and conduct trend analysis.
Invesrigate out of specification (OOS) and out of trend (OOT).
Analyze new supplier's samples.
Control of unit documentation including sops, specifications and analytical test method.
Control and issuing deviations and change control.
Calculate analytical requirements needed for raw material unit including reference materials, glassware.
